What happens

Marge, seen from behind with her tall blue beehive and orange bead necklace, sits at a desk facing a man with swept-back brown hair, a dark green shirt and purple suspenders. The man is in a cinder-block room with a closed door behind him, and a black telephone sits on the desk at the right. He first raises both hands, palms out, with his mouth open in an anxious look, then lowers them to rest on the desk, grimaces with clenched teeth, and finally extends one hand toward the desk while glancing downward with a worried, sheepish expression.
