What happens

Homer, Bart and Lisa walk through the reference section of the Old Springfield Library, with Bart in his orange shirt in front, Homer in a white shirt and blue pants, and Lisa in her red dress at the right edge, past a librarian at the desk beneath a 'REFERENCE' sign and a wall clock. Earlier, a one-off man in a blue suit and orange tie stands beside a red-headscarfed woman in a lavender top and an older woman with lavender curls and a purple bead necklace, who glares and then speaks while he looks on. The scene opens on the library's exterior, with a broad flight of white steps leading up to the doors marked 'Old Springfield Library'.
