What happens

A brown-haired woman with a tall, puffy hairdo and a pink vest over a light blue shirt sits at a kitchen table, holding a teal telephone receiver to her ear and speaking into it. Her expression shifts from a sideways glance to wide-eyed concern as she talks, and in the last shot she looks ahead with a serious, pursed face. Behind her are a boombox, a grey trash can, a green wall clock and a refrigerator covered in magnets, and a potted pink flower sits on the table next to a teal cash register-style phone base. The character resembles Marge's wider cast rather than any named regular, so she is described rather than named.
