What happens

Homer, shown as a cartoon head with bulging eyes, appears inside a pink box-like frame on a TV screen against a sparkly blue and purple backdrop, mouth opening wide and then closing while subtitles read "I'M DISRESPECTFUL TO DIRT!!" and then "CAN YOU SEE THAT I AM SERIOUS?" Homer's head is repeated in the next scene, where a woman with a short dark blue bob, a green sleeveless dress and red heels stands in a kitchen beside an oven with trays of baked goods, hands pressed to her cheeks and one leg raised, while a floating Homer head grimaces above a cabinet and sparkles drift through the room.
