The Simpsons, “In Marge We Trust” (season 8, episode 22), 14:58–15:07
What happens
Homer appears as an animated Mr. Sparkle mascot, a yellow cartoon figure with his bald head, wide eyes and open mouth, inside an orange television-style screen. He first tilts and wobbles near the middle of the orange screen and then tips sideways toward the left, with blue Japanese katakana text reading "ミスター スパークル" beside him. He then stands upright against a pink, sparkling background, mouth opening and closing as he moves, while the caption "FOR LUCKY BEST WASH, USE MR. SPARKLE." stays across the bottom of the screen.
