Lisa and Bart stare wide-eyed at a television set while Snowball II peers over a wooden railing above them

What happens

Lisa and Bart, kneeling in green pajamas on a green carpet in the living room, stare wide-eyed at a television set while Snowball II, the black cat with a red collar, peers over a wooden railing above them. The scene then shifts to a bedroom where Marge, with her tall blue beehive, lies in bed beside a blue nightstand showing a red digital clock reading 8:45, and she turns to look up with an alarmed expression, her hands gripping the edge of a brown blanket as she sits up. Notable objects include the television, a potted green plant, and the glowing clock display.
