What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and red beads, leans on a wooden desk in a grey brick room while an unnamed old man with a white beard, sea captain's cap, blue coat and pipe sits on a folding chair with his back partly turned. She gestures with an open hand as she talks, and he listens with his hands resting on his knees. He then stands up beside the desk, lifts a hand to his forehead and looks away, while Marge watches him, with a dark object lying on the desk and a white door at the right edge.
