What happens

A thin, dark-haired man with glasses and a white shirt, Lenny-like in appearance but not named by the regulars list, sits on a control panel stool in a nuclear plant control room, then jumps up with his arms raised and later leans back across the console with one arm stretched out. Behind him, Homer in his white shirt, pink tie and badge stands in a doorway beside the stooped, thin Mr. Burns and a heavy man with a pink-and-yellow look, all staring toward the console. Later a close view shows Homer with wide eyes and an open mouth beside Mr. Burns, while a dark-skinned man in a pink shirt peers in at the right edge. In the final shot, Homer, with his spiky hair seen from behind, faces a dark-haired man with glasses and a name badge in front of blinking control panels and monitors.
