What happens

Carl, a Black man in a pink sweater and grey jacket, stands beside a dark-haired man in a green sweater and purple suspenders as they look at a framed certificate on a beige wall. The green-sweater man grimaces and gestures with one hand toward his stomach while Carl's eyes glance sideways at him. The scene then shifts to a plant corridor, where a dark-haired man with glasses, white shirt and black tie stands in front of Homer, who wears a white shirt, orange tie and ID badge. Homer's eyes roll and his mouth opens as if speaking, with a blue door, a red "DA" sign, a control panel and yellow-and-black hazard stripes behind them.
