What happens

Lenny, with spiky black hair and a green sweater, sits at a lilac table holding a blue mug, while Smithers, a thin man with glasses and a black tie, stands beside the door marked MEN and gestures as he talks. Carl, a Black man in a grey jacket and pink sweater, holds a purple candy bar and gestures with his other hand, and the group stays in a break room with a doughnut, a cup, a coffee urn and a microwave. Smithers keeps talking and waving his hands while Lenny watches and sips, then Carl is left alone at the counter by the coffee urn and microwave, holding the candy bar and extending one open hand.
