Krusty the Clown smokes a cigar on a television screen

What happens

Krusty the Clown, with blue hair, a red nose and a blue bow tie, smokes a cigar on a television screen. In the living room, Bart sits on the brown couch beside Homer, who is bald with a white shirt, while Maggie in a blue outfit plays on the rug with a toy drill. Homer then fiddles with his shirt and squeezes his eyes shut, and in a close-up he grimaces, then leans back and shouts from the couch as Bart looks on.
