Marge stands beside Bart, who lies in bed in his orange shirt and blue pants, staring at the ceiling

What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, stands beside Bart, who lies in bed in his orange shirt and blue pants, staring at the ceiling. A Krusty the Clown alarm clock sits on the nightstand. Marge holds up a yellow book titled Curious George and the Ebola Virus, with a sick child in bed on its cover, and the view then settles on Bart with a glum, half-lidded expression. The scene ends on a crayon drawing taped to a window, labeled SAD in red, showing a frowning sun, rain clouds, daggers, and the word BLOOD with a fallen figure beneath.
