What happens

Homer, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and red cap, stands in Bart's pink bedroom beside a blue bookshelf while Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, lies on the bed. Homer scowls, grimaces, and then turns and points angrily toward a doorway where a man in a blue-and-white striped uniform and cap stands holding a glove. The scene then cuts to a clinic exam room with a blue exam table, where Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress, sits on a stool facing Bart perched on the table, while a bearded man in a white lab coat with a gold star pendant and head mirror stands nearby.
