What happens

A bespectacled man with blue hair in a brown suit and green sweater sits in an orange armchair in an office, flipping through a manila folder labeled MILHOUSE VANHOUTEN and smiling as he reads. Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive, sit at a desk beside Lisa, who works on a jigsaw puzzle, while a bookshelf and framed certificates hang in the room. The man then gestures with his hands, clasps them together and smiles at the family, with the folder label again visible on a stack of folders at the left.
