Homer sits at a desk beside Marge and Lisa, a small girl with spiky hair, who holds a small blue-and-white pamphlet

What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, sits at a desk beside Marge, with her tall blue beehive, and Lisa, a small girl with spiky hair, who holds a small blue-and-white pamphlet. Across from them, a thin man with blue hair, glasses, a brown jacket and a striped tie talks and gestures, while Homer squints and Marge and Lisa look on. The scene then cuts to a yellow two-story school building with a flagpole and a stone sign reading "MISS TILLINGHAM'S SCHOOL FOR SNOTTY GIRLS AND MAMA'S BOYS."
