What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a bow tie and dark vest, stands behind a podium draped with a red, white and blue bunting in front of a National Rifle Association seal, while a seated audience in a folding-chair hall listens. In the close views he grips the lectern, scowls, points off to one side and gestures with one hand, and Krusty in his clown makeup, green hair and pink shirt, and a blue-haired, bespectacled man in a striped sweater watch and react beside him. The wide view then shows the crowd, including Marge's tall blue beehive, raising their arms and cheering as the American and another flag flank the stage and the banner reading 'NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION' hangs above Moe.
