What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald yellow man, first appears in close-up, wide-eyed and grimacing with a pained, uneasy look, then stares with a sideways, sceptical squint before his eyes widen again in alarm. The screen blurs into a hazy wash as the view shifts to the Simpson house, a large yellow mansion with a red roof and steps, where Marge, with her tall blue beehive, stands at the open front door beside a figure in a dark uniform and cap, who holds a smoking object. Marge then raises a hand to her head as the smoke drifts up, with a small 'HOME' sign visible on the lawn at the right edge.
