Krusty the Clown stands on stage holding a microphone and gesturing with his hands while he speaks

What happens

Krusty the Clown, with green hair and a red nose and wearing a pink robe, stands on stage holding a microphone and gesturing with his hands while he speaks. In a theater audience behind him, Apu in his green jacket and tan pants sits in a blue seat, then stands and walks along the row with Marge and Lisa visible behind him and Homer partly hidden. Further along the row, a woman with grey-violet hair (likely Selma) smokes a cigarette, while a bespectacled woman with a brown bob, a woman with long black hair, and a man in a purple jacket sit in the seats and react, with no on-screen text visible.
