What happens

Krusty the Clown, with his green hair and red nose and wearing a pink jacket, walks up a short set of steps onto a stage and stands at a wooden podium with a microphone, holding a martini glass with an olive. A man in a tuxedo with grey hair is standing next to him on stage and then moves aside as Krusty takes the podium, while a seated audience of yellow-skinned people in the background claps. Krusty raises the martini, sips from it, and a green sign reading HEY! HEY! glows on a stand in the final moments, with the caption CONSULTANT JOHN SWARTZWELDER shown on screen.
