What happens

Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, rides a motorized wheelchair through a yellow-walled room with red armchairs and a potted plant while a thin, stooped old man in a grey shirt and brown trousers, who looks like Mr. Burns, walks alongside and then stands behind him, and an elderly woman in a wheelchair sits nearby. Homer rolls down a hallway past a door marked STORAGE and a framed picture, then races beside Grampa, a bald old man with a long white beard in a green sweater, as both wheelchairs speed down a sloped yellow ramp. Grampa speaks and grips his controls while the close-up shows the spinning silver wheels of the chairs rushing forward.
