What happens

Homer, bald and heavy in a blue shirt, and Marge, with her tall blue beehive, first appear with a red-haired nurse in a white cap beside an empty hospital bed, and the nurse watches through a window as a tiny Homer runs across a green field under a purple dusk sky. The view then shifts to the pink-doored house at dusk, and back in bed Homer talks and gestures, rubbing his ear, pointing, and waving, while Marge lies beside him with her arms crossed.
