What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive and red bead necklace, stands in the kitchen holding a sheet of paper and talking to an older woman in a green sari with a red bindi and grey hair in a bun, who is not one of the regulars and is only described here. In the first frames they stand side by side in front of purple cabinets, a sand hourglass and a teal utensil holder with spatulas and wooden spoons on the counter. Later Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair and pearl necklace, and Bart, in his orange shirt, step in beside Marge at the green stove, while the sari-clad woman walks toward the left edge of the frame and then Marge looks on. Through the window behind them a rainy yard is visible, and the scene closes with Lisa and Bart looking up at Marge while she holds the paper.
