What happens

In a classroom, Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress, sits at a desk beside a boy with dark skin and blue hair in an orange shirt, a white-haired older woman, a blond boy in a blue shirt, and a blue-haired girl in pink. Lisa slumps forward onto her desk, then sits back up and turns to the blue-haired girl and the blond boy at right, who grins, before the scene cuts to a snowy nuclear power plant behind chain-link fencing, with two cooling towers marked with atomic symbols, a guard booth, and signs reading "EXIT ONLY," "CAUTION SEVERE TIRE DAMAGE," and "DO NOT ENTER."
