What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in a green sweater and green pants with red boots, first pushes a wooden board through deep snow outside a purple house under a pink sky, then checks the digital watch on his wrist, which reads 7:01. He stands sullenly in the snow, then looks up with a dismayed expression and slowly turns back toward the house. Inside, he walks past a red coat rack and a framed painting, then peeks in at a pink room where Homer in blue pajamas, Marge with her tall blue beehive in a pink robe, and Lisa in a green nightgown stand looking at scattered wrapping paper, a candy cane and a bauble on the green carpet. Homer covers his face with his hands while Bart watches from the doorway.
