What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, thin, hook-nosed old man with grey hair at the sides, stands at a pink counter beside a tray of cash, with a bearded old man in a captain's hat and blue coat and a woman in a blue dress crowded nearby. Burns sorts through the bills and holds a small red item while others look on, then Homer in a green jacket and white shirt stands with Maggie, in a blue outfit and pacifier, and Marge with her tall blue beehive, first grinning and then talking and pointing an accusing finger. In the final part Homer carries Maggie across a pink living room where Lisa sits at a piano and Marge watches, while a bald man in red glasses and a red sweater stands by a framed portrait of the family.
