What happens

Homer Simpson, in a green jacket and red knit cap, stands at a store checkout marked Customer Service and speaks into a microphone, while a crowd of shoppers gathers around him, including an auburn-haired woman in a tan coat and a grey-hatted man in a red jacket carrying green-wrapped gifts past a shopping cart. Homer then holds up a small red-and-blue toy car box, a brown teddy bear, and a colorful box, and finally a blue box with a lightning bolt, as the shoppers look on and a ceiling vent with red streamers appears overhead. On-screen credits read "Consultant JOHN SWARTZWELDER" and "Supervising Director JIM REARDON."
