Marge stands near a trophy case and staircase with Bart, Lisa and Maggie, who are all seated on bicycles

What happens

Marge, with her tall blue beehive and green dress with red beads, stands near a trophy case and staircase with Bart, Lisa and Maggie, who are all seated on bicycles. Marge bends down toward the children as they stare ahead. Then Marge stands back up and watches, and the three kids sit on their bikes in a room with a stop sign and a TV on a shelf. The bikes tip over and the children, Bart in orange, Lisa in red, and Maggie in blue, tumble to the floor in a heap, with the bikes slid across the tiles. Marge then closes her eyes, clasps her hands to her chest and laughs, and grins with a wide-eyed look. Tall, thin Smithers, who wears glasses and a red shirt and tie, stands behind the kids in the later frames. Bikes are also tangled on the floor, along with a stop sign and a license plate reading 091-695 on the wall.
