What happens

Bart Simpson, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands at a classroom chalkboard filled with rows of the chalked line "SHOOTING PAINTBALLS IS NOT AN ART FORM" and writes more lines, then turns away and runs toward the door at the back of the room past a wall clock and a red wastebasket with desks in the foreground. Before this, the scene opens on a blue sky with drifting clouds, where the title "THE SIMPSONS" appears in orange letters and builds up word by word.
