What happens

Homer, kneeling in a grey robe and holding hands with Marge, who has a tall blue beehive and a red necklace, stands in a forest clearing among evergreen trees as a ceremony unfolds. Beside them, a stout, reddish-haired man in a white veil and grey robe holds a bouquet of pink flowers, while a one-off character with black curly hair, an orange cap and headphones stands close at his side. The two men lean toward each other, grinning and talking, and the stout man gestures with the flowers while the group stays in place.
