What happens

A red-bearded man in blue overalls and a grey shirt, with red hair and a red moustache, shouts and glares first in a room where Homer, Bart, Lisa and Maggie sit in a row of purple chairs with their hands tied behind them, and then beside Homer and Bart by a YIELD sign, a dartboard and a red toy race car, where he jabs a finger toward them while a poster reading HANG ON! with a hanging orange cat hangs on the wall. Ned Flanders, with a moustache, glasses and green sweater, enters carrying a metal tray of Rice Krispie squares, and in the final frames he stands in a rumpus room with a pool table, a jukebox and a stained-glass lamp, holding the tray and shrugging with open hands.
