What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on a dark purple boulder and gestures with his hands while a boy with an afro and an orange shirt watches from below and a long-haired, brown-haired figure in a blue shirt looks up at him from the right. Bart keeps talking and gesturing as a crowd gathers on the left, including Milhouse with blue hair and red-rimmed glasses and a bowl-cut boy in a white shirt, all under a bright blue sky with trees behind them. The scene then cuts to the beach, where Lisa in a red skirt and pearl necklace stands between a blond boy in a blue shirt and red pants with his eyes closed and a purple-haired girl in a pink dress and bow, with the sea behind them.
