What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and a lavender shirt over red shorts, stands in a grassy park with Nelson, who wears a salmon shirt and a blue vest, first gripping Milhouse's shoulder and grinning, then folding his arms as Milhouse talks, gestures and rubs the back of his head. A pale, spiky-haired boy in a blue shirt and orange shorts stands barefoot nearby, and a blond boy hovers at the edge while a red-topped item and a small box lie on the grass behind them among trees and a bluish pond.
