What happens

Bart Simpson stands behind a grey boulder while Milhouse, with blue hair and red glasses, is locked inside a bamboo cage on the left, gripping the bars and talking. In the first frames Homer, in a white shirt, sits in a kitchen beside a green teapot and talks. Outdoors, Bart looks on at Milhouse, then at the seated kids on the log, including Lisa in a red dress, two purple-haired girls, and a boy in a blue shirt. The scene moves to a beach where Bart looks at the row of kids, including Nelson in a vest and two purple-haired girls, who stand in a line. Bart gestures and then waits in silence as the kids watch him, with a palm tree and blue sea behind them. No on-screen text is visible.
