Marge and Lisa watch from a window as a crowd of townspeople gathers outside

What happens

Marge and Lisa watch from a window as a crowd of townspeople gathers outside. Homer, in a white shirt and blue pants, pesters Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man in a tan suit and red tie, touching his shoulder and then his chin while Burns fidgets with his tie and looks uneasy. Homer then turns to a bald man in a blue denim shirt and a grey-hooded man, clasping and patting their shoulders as bystanders, including a moustached man in a green jacket and a woman in a pink dress, look on.
