Lisa looks worried in a close-up beside a light switch and a blue window

What happens

Lisa, with her star-shaped spiky hair and a pearl necklace, looks worried in a close-up beside a light switch and a blue window. The scene then moves to a freezer case where a frozen old man with white tufts of hair, who may be Grampa, is encased in frost behind the glass. Lenny, in a white lab coat with a stethoscope, walks out through glass doors and waves, then approaches the freezer and taps the glass as cold mist puffs out, while Chief Wiggum in his blue uniform and Apu in a green jacket watch beside it. Frost-covered shelves and drink containers are visible inside the store.
