What happens

Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair in a red dress and pearl necklace, climbs the stairs of the house, passes framed family portraits on the wall, then peeks around a corner into the living room. Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, sits on the blue couch in front of a small television showing a city skyline, with Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, beside him. Lisa steps into the living room and stands watching them, and then Homer and Bart sit on the couch staring at the television, with Homer's eyes narrowing and closing as he slumps. The dim purple room has a potted plant, a pink lamp, and a telephone on a side table.
