What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, stands before a prison yard wall topped with barbed wire, first grimacing and wincing with his eyes squeezed shut, then looking worried and wide-eyed. Nelson, the bully in a vest with a chain hanging from his neck, stands at the right, and a group of unnamed onlookers, including a man in a skull-print shirt and a bald heavyset man, watches from behind bars in the earlier shots. Bart later reaches out and grabs at Nelson's chest while Nelson holds up a key ring on a chain, and Nelson then pulls the chain away from Bart as the two face off. A guard tower with barbed wire sits in the upper right, and a bug is visible on the wall.
