What happens

Bart, in his orange shirt, first appears under a starry night sky beside a bare tree, looking uneasy and then excited. He then stands behind prison bars with a chain while a blond boy in a blue sweater and red pants walks through a purple doorway, and Bart turns and follows him through the doorway. The screen goes dark except for pairs of glowing eyes, and then a wide night courtyard of purple-doored cell blocks shows Bart and the boy standing together by a central doorway.
