What happens

A slim police officer with a grey moustache and a blue cap holds a flashlight beam into a dark alley while gripping a baton, then leans forward and steps toward the doorway. The scene then cuts to the pink two-story house with a garage and a mailbox at the curb, and then to Bart in his orange shirt and a blond boy in a blue sweater sitting on a rainbow-striped rug in the living room. Playing cards are scattered across the floor, and Bart holds a hand of cards while the other boy holds his own near a brown sofa and a blue remote lies nearby.
