What happens

Homer, seen from behind with his bald head and white shirt, stands in a parking lot beside Marge with her tall blue beehive, Maggie with her pacifier and blue bow, Bart in his orange shirt, and Lisa with her star-shaped hair and red dress, as Homer raises an arm and gestures toward the row of parked minivans. The scene cuts to a green armchair with a bundle of red dynamite sticks with a fuse tucked into its cushion, then a loose red fuse-like item, then a blue bag tied with a green ribbon and filled with dark red stink bombs or cherry-like items with fuses, and finally Homer's yellow hand reaching into the chair to pull out a folded paper titled "Springfield Residential Hi..." marked with red X's on a map.
