What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, strides along a sidewalk past hedges and trees, with a boy in a blue shirt and red pants, who has a bowl-cut blond hairstyle, trailing behind and struggling to keep up, glancing over and looking strained at times. Bart keeps walking ahead, and the scene then pulls back to an aerial view of a winding suburban street lined with houses, where the two small figures walk along the sidewalk and a small vehicle with passengers drives along the road in the distance.
