What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands in a purple room beside Ralph Wiggum, a chubby boy in a blue shirt and red pants, while a cardboard box sits open in front of them. Bart starts out gazing upward at a hanging rope, then gestures and talks excitedly, rubs his eyes, and clasps his hands with a grin as Ralph watches with a smug look. Bart then turns to look aside as a yellow hand reaches into the box and pulls out a stack of manila folders marked CONFIDENTIAL, DO NOT REMOVE FROM POLICE STATION, labeled RIVIERA, DR. N., KRUSTOFSKY, H., TERWILLIGER, R., and SIMPSON, HOMER, with the Simpson folder's attached paper list visible.
