What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt, and Ralph Wiggum, in a blue shirt with a chain necklace, stand together on a sidewalk at night, while a group of older kids gathers in front of a pastel storefront. Nelson, in a vest, pushes a long-haired kid in a green sweater and a bald, heavy teen in a white shirt with a wristband stands beside them, with a tall, long-haired teen in a black skull shirt and purple beanie among them. The group turns toward Bart and Ralph, and the long-haired teen in the beanie steps forward, speaking to them while Ralph grins and leans against Bart. A small brown object lies on the pavement near the heavy teen's feet.
