What happens

Homer, a bald heavy man in a white shirt and blue shorts, stands with three other figures outside a pink-and-teal storefront under a purple night sky: a boy with brown hair in a blue vest over an orange shirt, a girl with long brown hair in a dark green top and black skirt, and a person in a black cap with purple trim and a black skull shirt. A large yellow hand dangles a silver key on a chain before them, and the group gazes at it with wide eyes and open, grinning mouths. The capped figure is then shown in close-up, smiling and speaking, before the scene cuts to Bart in his orange shirt on the sidewalk, reaching toward the key chain, gesturing with both hands, grimacing, and finally looking dazed with his eyes half shut.
