Homer Simpson appears against a dark blue backdrop with wave lines

What happens

Homer Simpson, bald and yellow in a white shirt printed with the letters I'M W, appears against a dark blue backdrop with wave lines. Several ships then sail past: a mauve battleship seen head-on, a brown longship with horned-helmet rowers passing a red-and-white vessel, a grey battleship with sailors lining its deck, and the SS Antarctica with penguins along its bow. The scene settles on a white-capped naval officer with a megaphone in front of a gun turret, flanked by two rifle-armed sailors and another sailor on the turret, as the officer keeps shouting through the megaphone.
