What happens

Bart Simpson rides down a purple playground slide, then rolls along the blacktop on a green skateboard with purple wheels, pausing to spread his arms while Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands beside him. The scene then pans past a chain-link fence and a backdrop of trees to a pile of orange leaves blowing in the wind. Finally, a red-bearded man in blue overalls and a light shirt, who is not a named regular, scowls from a wooden shed doorway while holding a brown bottle, then steps forward.
