Lisa Simpson sits smiling at a desk by a telephone and window in an office

What happens

Lisa Simpson, with her star-shaped spiky hair, red dress and pearl necklace, sits smiling at a desk by a telephone and window in an office. Smithers, the thin assistant with glasses, is not present; instead a balding, grey-haired man in a blue jacket and pink tie sits in a red armchair, pencil in hand, beneath certificates on the wall, with a green desk lamp and blue telephone on the desk. He glances down, grits his teeth, and tears a paper labeled MONITOR while Lisa keeps smiling. The scene then cuts to a wooden shed with a red door, where a tanker truck labeled DANGER! CREAMED CORN has a black hose running across the grass to the shed roof, where a yellow ... sits on a dark pipe.
