What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange-red shirt, leans out of a purple-framed window of a brick house with a woman with purple hair and a figure in a red cap and white shirt beside him, while yellow splats fly around them and across the wall. He then drops onto a green skateboard with purple wheels and rides down the brick wall onto the grass. Later, Bart sits at a desk with a skateboard and a paper, looking out a window at a pile of yellow foam and broken wooden planks where a figure in a red cap and blue clothes is digging and sinking into the debris, beside a wooden shed covered in yellow foam and a black smoking pipe.
