What happens

Itchy, a blue mouse with glasses, and Scratchy, a black cat in a grey suit and red tie, appear in a stone-walled room with shelves of glassware and a glowing red furnace arch, with the credit caption 'Co-Executive Producer' and names such as GEORGE MEYER, DAVID S. COHEN and RICHARD APPEL shown on screen. Scratchy first stands beside Itchy, then Itchy turns to the furnace holding a long metal rod, and in the later moments Itchy uses the rod to thrust Scratchy's head into the glowing opening, where it is pushed back and forth in the red glow until Scratchy is shown dazed and charred.
