What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange-red shirt, sits on a front step beside a green bush and a welcome mat while reading a large newspaper. He grimaces with his eyes squeezed shut, then opens them wide, staring and gritting his teeth, and later lowers the paper slightly while his mouth gapes and then grins. Across the moment he keeps turning the newspaper's pages and holding the open sheets in front of him.
